L’analisi si basa sulle rilevazioni congiunte dei telescopi spaziali James Webb e Hubble, che hanno permesso di mappare circa 8.900 giovani ammassi stellari situati all’interno di quattro galassie, identificate come M51, M83, NGC 628 e NGC 4449. Sfruttando la sensibilità agli infrarossi del telescopio Webb, gli studiosi sono riusciti a ricostruire la sequenza evolutiva di questi corpi celesti, partendo dalle fasi iniziali in cui sono avvolti da gas ionizzato e polveri, fino al momento in cui diventano visibili alle lunghezze d’onda dell’ottica tradizionale.

I dati indicano una chiara differenza temporale legata alla dimensione. Gli ammassi stellari più massicci riescono a disperdere il materiale della loro nube originaria in circa 5 milioni di anni. Al contrario, le formazioni più piccole richiedono un periodo di sviluppo più lungo, stimato tra i 7 e gli 8 milioni di anni.

Questa esposizione precoce riduce di fatto la finestra temporale a disposizione per la crescita di nuovi corpi planetari.

The study, based on interviews with senior executives representing approximately 85 percent of Europe’s existing and planned offshore wind capacity, finds that only 7 percent of respondents are fully confident that the European Union will meet its offshore wind targets. 

Europe is stepping up efforts to strengthen its strategic autonomy, enhance energy security, and expand domestic clean energy manufacturing. Against this backdrop, policymakers are weighing measures ranging from local content requirements and trade instruments to cybersecurity and supply chain resilience rules. 

The report, commissioned by Dajin Heavy Industry, provides new insight into how offshore wind developers view these measures. Respondents broadly support cybersecurity requirements and express conditional support for mechanisms such as the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), provided implementation remains practical and predictable. However, support falls significantly for measures that could increase costs in a context of ongoing inflationary pressures, including local content requirements and trade restrictions.

Le indagini, avviate dalla compagnia di San Giovanni Valdarno quasi due anni fa, a seguito delle denunce di alcuni risparmiatori, hanno accertato che un consulente finanziario, operante in provincia di Arezzo tra il 2012 e il 2024, all’insaputa dell’istituto di credito che gli aveva conferito l’incarico professionale e dei propri clienti, effettuava, con i risparmi di questi ultimi – pari, negli anni, ad oltre 9,3 milioni di euro complessivi – investimenti ad altissimo rischio, causando loro perdite complessive per circa 5,8 milioni di euro.

Come ricostruito dalle investigazioni, il consulente, negli anni, aveva guadagnato la completa fiducia dei propri clienti ai quali prometteva, in un contesto di investimenti a lungo termine, che non avrebbero avuto rischi di perdite prospettando, in diversi casi, interessi annui fissi al 5% garantito. I risparmiatori, anche persone anziane e fragili, gli avevano perciò affidato i risparmi di una vita per centinaia di migliaia di euro e, in alcuni casi, per importi superiori al milione di euro. Per tali circostanze, è stata contestata l’aggravante del danno patrimoniale di rilevante gravità.

Più in dettaglio, i risparmiatori erano indotti in errore poiché, in realtà, il consulente investiva i capitali ricevuti in titoli ad alto rischio, peraltro non adatti ai profili dei propri clienti, oppure, come accertato in un caso, proponeva investimenti che poi non venivano effettuati trasferendo parte delle somme ricevute in Svizzera, per poi farle sparire. Al fine di ingannare i clienti, il consulente compilava con dati non veritieri i questionari (c.d. modelli MiFID) da sottoporre ai risparmiatori, falsificando la loro firma. Si tratta di documenti che, obbligatoriamente, prima di proporre investimenti, il consulente deve far compilare e sottoscrivere al risparmiatore al fine di profilarlo adeguatamente e, quindi, metterlo nelle condizioni di scegliere lo strumento finanziario più adatto alle proprie caratteristiche, anche sotto il profilo del rischio. Il professionista falsificava anche le firme dei clienti sui mandati di compravendita di strumenti finanziari e su documenti utili all’apertura di nuovi conti correnti non richiesti, effettuando in qualche caso bonifici non autorizzati o facendosi affidare assegni senza indicazione del beneficiario, effettuando così investimenti rischiosi all’insaputa dei risparmiatori. Questi ultimi venivano rassicurati periodicamente con la consegna di falsi prospetti di sintesi che evidenziavano una realtà finanziaria non indicativa del reale negativo andamento degli investimenti. In diversi casi, venivano rimborsati a titolo di rendimento somme che, in realtà, erano capitali precedentemente investiti dagli stessi risparmiatori.

La gran parte delle somme ricevute dal consulente veniva infatti impiegata, all’insaputa dei risparmiatori, in titoli denominati in una valuta estera ad alta volatilità: la sua drastica svalutazione, intervenuta negli anni, ha concorso decisamente ad arrecare perdite ingenti, anche prossime all’80% delle somme investite dai clienti.

Nel corso delle indagini preliminari, sulla base degli elementi raccolti, l’Organismo di vigilanza e Ttnuta dell’albo unico dei consulenti finanziari (Ocf) ha disposto la radiazione del professionista dall’Albo. Il solido impianto accusatorio ha poi consentito all’autorità giudiziaria inquirente di esercitare l’azione penale nei confronti del consulente e, successivamente, il procedimento si è concluso con una sentenza di applicazione della pena su richiesta delle parti, emessa dal gip del Tribunale di Arezzo, che ha condannato l’imputato per truffa aggravata.

Sotto il profilo civilistico, ricorda la Finanza, ai sensi dell’articolo 31 del Testo Unico delle disposizioni in materia di intermediazione finanziaria (Tuf), l’istituto di credito “è responsabile in solido dei danni arrecati a terzi dal consulente finanziario abilitato all’offerta fuori sede, anche se tali danni siano conseguenti a responsabilità accertata in sede penale”.

Mentre i vigili del fuoco sono ancora al lavoro e si attendono e analisi di Arpat come deciso in prefettura si è provveduto ad emanare delle ordinanze precauzionali con le solite raccomandazioni: tenere chiuse le finestre, lavare le superfici in presenza di residui di incendio, lavare bene frutta e verdura.

Ieri i comuni di Vicopisano e Cascina hanno chiuso le scuole, questa mattina, visto il cambiamento delle condizioni meteo, lo ha deciso anche San Giuliano Terme.

Il quadro legislativo disposto dalla nuova legge statale del 4 del gennaio 2026 lascia poco margine di manovra alle Regioni in merito alla capacità di programmare la diffusione degli impianti fotovoltaici ed eolici, avendo già individuato aree idonee valide su tutto il territorio nazionale e lasciando alle Regioni spazi esigui di discrezionalità per aggiungerne altre.

La Toscana intende tuttavia fare tutto il possibile per favorire la diffusione di questi impianti, nel rispetto delle particolarità della nostra regione, caratterizzata da straordinarie bellezze paesaggistiche, storiche e culturali.

“La Regione Toscana – afferma Giani – produce già il 51 per cento del suo fabbisogno energetico con energie rinnovabili. Oggi, interpretando la legge 4 approvata nel 2026 dal Parlamento italiano, vuole sfruttare al massimo le potenzialità per poter avere, con l’uso dei pannelli fotovoltaici, un incremento di questa quota per arrivare al 2030 passando dal 51 per cento a due terzi della produzione energetica regionale attraverso energie rinnovabili. Parliamo di geotermia, naturalmente ed anche di pannelli fotovoltaici, eolico e fonti idroelettriche”.

“Per questo – continua Giani – abbiamo previsto procedure che non necessitano il rilascio della Via (Valutazione di impatto ambientale), con un piano di accelerazione per gli otto capitoli previsti dalla legge nazionale. Stiamo parlando di luoghi come complessi industriali, cave, discariche, interporti, dove c’è, ad esempio, una distanza di 300 metri dall’autostrada e la possibilità di utilizzare spazi già interessati dal passaggio di arterie infrastrutturali di grande portata”.

“Quindi – aggiunge Giani – abbiamo incrementato quelle che possono essere le aree idonee e conseguentemente abbiamo aggiunto a quello che già prevede la normativa nazionale in materia la possibilità di individuazione di aree idonee non solo nelle autostrade ma anche nelle aree prossime alle strade di interesse regionale ed a una distanza minima di 250 metri dai complessi industriali. Tutto questo, ovviamente, nelle aree non soggette a vincoli di natura ambientale o culturale che comunque impedirebbero la realizzazione degli impianti. La proposta che riguarda le aree idonee interesserà 157 dei 273 comuni della Toscana: un territorio dove noi avremo la possibilità di coniugare la salvaguardia dell’ambiente e del paesaggio con progetti che comprendono la realizzazione di impianti di energie rinnovabili”.

“Uno degli obiettivi di questo pacchetto normativo – conclude Giani – è favorire gli investimenti nelle aree del demanio o del patrimonio regionale, dato che è nelle competenze e nella natura dell’amministrazione agire come motore del cambiamento”.

I provvedimenti prevedono inoltre norme volte a promuovere gli impianti agrivoltaici, a condizione che siano realizzati nel rispetto della continuità dell’attività agricola e dei requisiti tecnici che saranno definiti dalla Regione, favorendo interventi che rappresentino una concreta opportunità di sviluppo e valorizzazione del territorio rurale.

“Le proposte portate in giunta – precisa l’assessore all’ambiente David Barontini – guardano oltre il 2030 e arrivano al 2050 per riuscire a raggiungere quanto prima un’autonomia energetica, che in questo periodo complicato è sempre più importante, rispettando il profilo, la natura e l’identità della Toscana: i nostri paesaggi, le nostre peculiarità, il nostro stile di vita. In questo percorso sarà essenziale il coinvolgimento degli Enti locali con i quali porteremo avanti anche gli sviluppi di una legge che per sua stessa natura è una legge dinamica”.

“Quello che vorremmo – prosegue Barontini – è verificare annualmente la potenza installata rispetto a quella prevista, per riuscire, eventualmente, a correggere la traiettoria e avviare una governance condivisa di tutto il processo alla quale partecipano i rappresentanti dei Comuni e delle Province, quindi Anci e Upi, in modo tale da poter studiare anche delle proposte di modifica per riuscire a rispettare gli obiettivi che ci siamo posti e dare la possibilità di proporre alla Regione un allegato cartografico per aumentare, eventualmente, la percentuale di disponibilità del proprio territorio”.

La proposta di legge sulle aree idonee si accompagna inoltre al mandato conferito agli uffici competenti di procedere nei prossimi giorni agli atti necessari alla pubblicazione della proposta di Piano regionale per l’individuazione delle zone di accelerazione, strumento previsto dalla normativa nazionale per favorire la diffusione degli impianti da fonti rinnovabili in aree specificamente individuate dalla legge 4/2026.

Nell’ambito delle procedure previste dalla Valutazione ambientale strategica (Vas), il piano verrà quindi pubblicato sul sito della Regione e resterà disponibile per 60 giorni, al fine di consentire ai portatori d’interesse di consultare la proposta e presentare osservazioni. In questa ottica di trasparenza e massimo coinvolgimento dei cittadini è prevista inoltre la pubblicazione di una mappa sul sito web della Regione, che verrà progressivamente aggiornata e implementata, nella quale sarà possibile consultare i dati georeferenziati relativi allo stato delle autorizzazioni e degli impianti sul territorio regionale.

Il pacchetto di provvedimenti sulle aree idonee si concluderà nei prossimi giorni con l’adozione di una seconda proposta di legge volta a promuovere ulteriori semplificazioni amministrative per il rilascio delle autorizzazioni. Si tratta di una facoltà prevista dal decreto legislativo 190/2024 che la Regione Toscana intende utilizzare per sostenere con maggiore efficacia il percorso di transizione energetica.

Significant improvements were demonstrated across validated quality-of-life measures (VEINES-QOL, EQ-5D-5L), and improvements were observed in clinical severity measures, including edema and ulcer-related outcomes. Primary patency remained high at 12 months (83.4% overall), with no device-related safety concerns observed.

LONDON, June 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The 2026 Global Peace Index (GPI), released today by the Institute for Economics & Peace (IEP), reveals a world struggling with the economic consequences of a record-high number of conflicts that are increasingly interconnected and difficult to resolve. This deterioration is driven by a profound geopolitical shift, characterised by the rising influence of middle powers and the waning strength of traditional European powers known as the “Great Fragmentation.” This is also accompanied by a rapid technological revolution in warfare that is leaving international law and diplomacy far behind. 

For the first time in history, machines are making life-and-death combat decisions faster than any human can review them, and the international frameworks meant to govern them barely exist. 

Key results 

Global peacefulness deteriorated for the 12h consecutive year, with the number of active, state-based conflicts reaching 61. This is the highest number since the end of the Second World War. Underpinning the long-term decline is a six-fold rise in internal conflict deaths since 2007, from 29,000 to over 181,000 in 2025, while the number of countries recording 1,000 or more conflict deaths is the highest since the inception of the GPI 20 years ago. 

This escalation sits inside a broader structural transformation of the international system termed the “Great Fragmentation.” As rising middle powers fill the vacuum left by declining traditional great powers, the global rules for peace are fracturing. This shift is highlighted by the sharp decline in the economic influence of European powers over the last three decades. Since 1995, Germany’s share of global GDP has fallen by 49%, France’s by 44%, and Italy’s by 42%. With multilateral institutions diminished and great power consensus weakened, the historical mechanisms for ending wars are failing. The share of conflicts ending in a peace agreement has plummeted from 23% in the 1970s to just 4% in the last decade, while global investment in proactive peacebuilding stands at just 0.52% of total military spending. 

AI and the New Tools of War 

Drones have become a defining weapon of modern warfare, with recorded attacks rising by 11,500% between 2018 and 2025. This proliferation extends beyond nation-states, as 565 different armed groups, including criminal cartels, carried out drone attacks during that period. 

In Gaza, algorithmic targeting has reportedly compressed the human review of AI-generated targets to roughly 20 seconds per strike. In Ukraine, autonomous systems are being deployed to engage targets without an operator in the loop. This raises serious concerns about the erosion of meaningful human oversight in lethal decision-making. 

Global Highlights 

Amid these global pressures, Iceland remains the most peaceful country, a position it has held for 19 consecutive years, followed by New Zealand, Switzerland, Slovenia and Ireland. For the first time, Russia is the least peaceful country globally, followed by Sudan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ukraine, and Israel. South Asia recorded the largest regional deterioration in the 2026 Index, driven by falls in peacefulness in Nepal and Pakistan. Meanwhile, political instability and a surge in violent demonstrations drove a 4% decline in the United States, pushing it to 134th, its lowest-ever ranking since the Index was created. 

The economic impact of violence worldwide rose by 3.2% to a record US$21.81 trillion. This is equivalent to 10.5% of global GDP. The disparity in economic impact is stark: for the ten countries most affected by violence, the average impact was 23.4% of GDP, compared to just 2.2% for the ten least affected.

The Rise and Spread of Conflict 

Internationalised intrastate conflicts have increased by 175% since 2010. This new era of warfare is defined by overlapping conflict systems, in which localised wars are no longer isolated but instead feed into broader regional instabilities through political, economic, and military factors, as well as refugee flows. 

These dynamics are increasingly fuelled by self-financing, illicit economies. The production value of illicit drug economies in five major conflict-affected states more than quadrupled between 2015 and 2024, rising from US$14 billion to US$59 billion. 

Sudan’s civil war is the world’s most severe humanitarian crisis, with an estimated 150,000 people killed, over 12 million displaced, and famine confirmed across multiple regions. The country serves as a prime example of how conflict clusters operate, as conflicts in Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea, South Sudan, and Somalia are interlocked by refugee flows, proxy sponsorship, and illicit trade. The war in Sudan is partially self-financing through gold. The Rapid Support Forces produced an estimated ten tonnes in 2024 alone, worth approximately US$860 million. With gold prices rising to historic highs, the financial incentive to control mines has skyrocketed, making it unlikely that withdrawing external state sponsorship will stop the fighting. 

Iran War and Economic Impact 

The war in Iran acts as a massive geopolitical force multiplier, amplifying existing conflict pathways and spreading instability. Beyond the immediate macroeconomic shock, the conflict has fuelled existing proxy networks and cross-border insurgencies, from Iran-backed militias in Iraq to Balochistan separatist groups launching attacks across the Pakistan-Iran border, threatening to pull neighbouring states into a wider regional conflagration. 

Economically, the impact will be substantial and unevenly distributed. While the first-year global GDP loss is estimated at 0.6%, the worst impact falls on a narrow group of fragile, import-dependent economies. There is a looming crisis in global food production, with disrupted supply chains impacting future yields across South Asia and East Africa. Harvest shortfalls and food inflation will hit severely in late 2026 and 2027. 

Highly fragile nations like Pakistan, Egypt, and Kenya face a combined US$5.1 billion in debt rollovers in late 2026 amid disrupted trade routes and strict IMF programme reviews. The difference between a prolonged stalemate and the resumption of war is stark. Successful diplomacy that prevents this would be worth approximately US$2.2 trillion to the global economy. 

Regional Highlights 

Europe remains the most peaceful region, home to seven of the ten most peaceful countries. However, its long-term trend of demilitarisation has reversed sharply since 2022. The Middle East and North Africa remain the least peaceful region, home to four of the bottom ten countries. 

South Asia had the largest regional deterioration in peacefulness, with Nepal falling 26 places, the steepest drop globally, and Pakistan falling to 152nd.   

North and Central America’s peacefulness deteriorated, driven by the fall in the US.

The IMX711 is an X-ray image sensor for inspection and measurement instrumentation which directly detects X-rays and outputs signals proportional to their energy. The new sensor offers the industry’s fastest*1 maximum 26,100 fps high-speed imaging, achieved thanks to Sony’s proprietary circuit technology, suppressing charge saturation for accurate measurements. Lowering the amount of accumulated charge per frame enables superior saturation characteristics compared to conventional sensors. MADRID, 8 giugno 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Vestas, leader globale nelle soluzioni per l’energia eolica, ha ospitato l’8 giugno 2026 una visita di alto livello presso il proprio stabilimento produttivo di Taranto, segnando una tappa significativa nell’espansione delle capacità di produzione eolica offshore in Europa. 

L’evento si è svolto alla presenza del Ministro delle Imprese e del Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, e dell’Amministratore Delegato di Vestas, Henrik Andersen, a testimonianza dell’importanza strategica degli investimenti industriali, della produzione locale e del ruolo dell’energia eolica nella transizione energetica e nella sicurezza energetica dell’Europa. 

In questa occasione, il Ministro Urso e Henrik Andersen hanno inaugurato BLA5, un nuovo impianto di finitura dedicato alle fasi finali di produzione delle pale offshore per la turbina V236 da 15,0 MW. L’espansione dello stabilimento di Taranto conferma il ruolo del sito come hub strategico per l’eolico offshore al servizio dei mercati europei e globali. Dall’avvio della produzione di pale offshore, la forza lavoro di Taranto è cresciuta in modo significativo, raggiungendo quasi 2.500 dipendenti e rafforzando l’importanza dello stabilimento all’interno dell’impronta industriale globale di Vestas.

Il sito di Taranto produce pale onshore dal 1998 e oggi anche pale offshore, tra cui quelle per la V236 da 15,0 MW, una turbina progettata per guidare il mercato offshore offrendo una maggiore produzione di energia con un numero inferiore di turbine, migliorando l’economicità dei progetti e contribuendo alla sicurezza energetica.

Ad accompagnare il pubblico lungo le otto tappe del percorso ispirato alle parole del Metodo Rondine sono stati Folco Terzani, Amara, Giovanni Caccamo, l’Orchestra Instabile di Arezzo diretta dal Maestro Valter Sivilotti e Lorenzo Jovanotti, protagonista del gran finale dell’evento condotto da Eva Crosetta.

Nel suo intervento, Jovanotti ha sottolineato il significato profondo dell’esperienza di Rondine: “La pace è il matrimonio fra cielo e terra perché qui la pace si fa si studiando, ci si lavora, non è una parola non è un like è un lavoro, uno starci dentro quotidiano. È permettere a ragazzi che vengono da paesi di conflitto, contrapposti della storia, di vivere nella stessa stanza, conoscersi ascoltarsi”. Un pensiero che ha trovato subito eco nello sguardo del pubblico, come a riconoscere una verità semplice e insieme difficile: la pace non è un’idea lontana, ma una pratica quotidiana. Poi ancora, quasi a stringere tutto in una immagine concreta: “La pace si fa, si deve sostenere, la pace si deve immaginare, sognare, si deve lottare con ogni forma di lotta pacifica e legittima. La prima cosa che succede in una guerra è che le persone diventano cose, si perde l’umanità. Per questo la violenza si scatena in maniera incontrollata quando il tuo nemico non è più un essere umano. Invece dobbiamo vedere le persone con la loro vita, con la loro famiglia, coi loro sogni. Alla fine quello che conta è l’amore: la capacità di riconoscere nell’altro una persona e non un nemico. È questo è il lavoro che si fa qui partendo dai ragazzi perché la chiave è la scuola, la chiave e l’istruzione”.

Nel mezzo di questa intensità, la gioia, la musica i balli dell’Arena hanno fatto spazio al silenzio e all’ascolto collettivo quando Jovanotti ha invitato sul palco il vescovo Andrea Migliavacca chiedendogli una benedizione per tutti i presenti. Il Vvscovo ha pronunciato queste parole: “Ci benedica la vita quella che noi abbiamo quella che viene dalla grandezza dei cieli e quella che ci ritroviamo nel cuore. Ci benedica tutto quello che per noi nel nostro cuore è spiritualità e interiorità e ascolto e silenzio e questa sia benedizione che arriva a tutti noi questa benedizione che parte da Rondine si estende come un oceano e che arrivi a tutto il mondo con il nome di pace”.

La musica, nel frattempo, ha continuato a dare corpo a ciò che le parole suggerivano. Tra i momenti musicali più intensi della serata, Jovanotti ha interpretato insieme all’Orchestra Oida, con arrangiamenti originali del Maestro Valter Sivilotti, i brani Mi fido di te, Le tasche piene di sassi e Viva la libertà.

Poi un augurio, semplice e diretto, che suona come una direzione per il futuro: “Il mio augurio per Rondine è che questo metodo si diffonda in Italia e nel mondo”.

La manifestazione si era aperta nel pomeriggio con musica e parole. Tra gli artisti emergenti, Lorenzo Tornaboni ha proposto il brano Non girarti dall’altra parte, una canzone di forte impegno civile e sociale. Il titolo stesso è un invito a non ignorare ciò che accade intorno a noi, soprattutto le sofferenze, le guerre, le ingiustizie e le tragedie che scorrono continuamente davanti ai nostri occhi attraverso televisione e social network.

Con Folco Terzani il pubblico ha poi riscoperto il valore del viaggio, della curiosità verso l’altro e della ricerca di ciò che ci unisce oltre i confini. Perché l’umano nasce proprio lì. Nel momento in cui smettiamo di definire una persona per la sua provenienza, la sua storia o il conflitto che porta sulle spalle.

A seguire è salita sul palco Amara che ha affidato alla musica il proprio messaggio di pace, dando forma a una verità quasi fisica:

“La pace si fa con la musica”. E ha aggiunto: “La musica è una frequenza che ti connette anche se non si capisce il linguaggio. Quindi è una rivoluzione, soprattutto quando si lega alla pace. Il futuro lo costruiamo noi oggi e i problemi si risolvono ora e unendosi come a Rondine: questa piccola oasi in cui ognuno ha lo stesso obiettivo. Insieme si può fare la rivoluzione della pace”.

La musica è proseguita con Giovanni Caccamo che ha lanciato un messaggio rivolto soprattutto alle nuove generazioni riportando al centro una parola fragile e necessaria: sogno: “Torniamo a sognare crediamo nei sogni». La sua musica lascia intravedere quella scintilla che ha acceso la sua missione di vita: «Una società senza i sogni delle nuove generazioni è una società destinata a morire. Ma ci sono anche giovani eroi senza superpoteri, giovani comuni ma straordinari che hanno portato un grande cambiamento nelle loro vite. Il mio obiettivo è creare dei defibrillatori per le conoscenze che attraverso le arti possano riaccendere l’entusiasmo di chi si è spento e attraverso le loro testimonianze»”

Ma il senso più autentico della serata è arrivato dai giovani di Rondine.

Bernadette, giovane maliana della World House, ha ricordato il significato della parola “festa” per chi vive l’esperienza di Rondine: “Questa sera celebriamo tutto questo. Persone che condividono lo stesso spazio, la stessa musica, lo stesso respiro. La festa è il momento in cui smettiamo di essere quello che il mondo vede di noi, le nostre provenienze, le nostre differenze, i pregiudizi e diventiamo semplicemente personeQ.

Accanto a lei Zohra e Mariam hanno condiviso due testimonianze profonde e complementari, segnate dalla storia del conflitto tra Azerbaigian e Armenia. Zohra, originaria del Karabakh e cresciuta da sfollata a Baku, ha raccontato il peso di un’eredità ricevuta attraverso i ricordi familiari: “Sono cresciuta con il Karabakh dentro casa, non come un luogo che ho conosciuto, ma come una memoria viva”. Mariam, proveniente dall’Artsakh, ha ripercorso una vita segnata dalla guerra e dalla perdita: “Sono quella generazione che ha visto e vissuto tre guerre e non sapevo cosa fosse la guerra finché non ho perso mio fratello, i miei amici, le persone che amavo, la casa, la patria». Entrambe hanno raccontato come l’esperienza a Rondine abbia permesso alle loro storie di incontrarsi e trasformarsi nel dialogo quotidiano. «Veniamo da due realtà diverse – ha affermato Zohra – E oggi condividiamo la vita quotidiana”, ha aggiunto Mariam. Un percorso che, pur nella complessità, ha aperto nuovi spazi di ascolto reciproco: «Non è sempre semplice”, hanno riconosciuto, «ma impariamo ogni giorno qualcosa l’una dall’altra».

Le testimonianze di Livia e Anna hanno raccontato l’impatto profondo dell’esperienza di Rondine sul percorso di crescita personale e relazionale dei giovani del Quarto Anno Rondine. Livia, 18 anni, ha descritto il passaggio da una vita vissuta nella continua ricerca di risultati e riconoscimenti alla scoperta dell’ascolto di sé: “Ho capito che per molto tempo avevo cercato il mio valore nelle cose che facevo», fino a riconoscere la necessità di «fermarsi, riconoscere il conflitto che abbiamo dentro, dargli un nome, restarci. Ho imparato che fiorire non è sempre immediato. A volte la strada passa dalle crepe»”

Anna, ex studentessa del Quarto Anno e oggi universitaria, ha raccontato come l’esperienza a Rondine continui a orientare il suo sguardo sul mondo e sulle relazioni: “Da Rondine non ero tornata più vuota: ero tornata più piena», ha spiegato, ricordando come il percorso l’abbia aiutata a superare la paura di sbagliare e a costruire relazioni più autentiche. «Ho capito che vale la pena fare un passo in più verso l’altro”

Nel suo intervento ha sottolineato il valore della comunità costruita a Rondine: “Sapere che ci sono persone che conoscono la tua storia, che hanno visto le tue fragilità e continuano comunque a sceglierti, è forse il regalo più grande”

In chiusura tutti i giovani sono saliti sul palco insieme a Lorenzo Jovanotti e al presidente di Rondine Franco Vaccari, che ha annunciato il tema e le date della prossima edizione del festival YouTopic Fest che si terrà dal 3 al 6 giugno 2027: I due lati delle parole. Tra-dire e fare pace

Vaccari ha spiegato: “Questa sera questa festa è l’abbraccio per quei giovani coraggiosi. Oggi siamo rimasti molto inquieti perché l’inquietudine passa a tutti attraverso le parole. – 5 June 2026 – A large high-level business delegation led by John Lee, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), today (June 5) wrapped up its five-day visit to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan respectively, achieving fruitful results of strengthening bilateral relations and deepening ties with Central Asia. 

The delegation of over 70 business and institutional leaders from Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland is the largest and most diverse overseas mission led by the current term of the HKSAR Government so far. 

He said the visit had been successful, yielding achievements in eight areas, including: 

While in Tashkent (June 3-5), Mr Lee met with local leaders, government officials and business representatives to deepen co-operation between Hong Kong and Uzbekistan in areas including trade, investment, finance, I&T, and people-to-people exchanges. 

Mr Lee held meetings with the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev, his Advisor on Strategic Development, Sardor Umurzakov, the Prime Minister, Abdulla Nigmatovich Aripov, as well as the Deputy Prime Minister, Jamshid Khodjayev, to exchange views on furthering mutual co-operation. 

Mr Lee highlighted that under the “one country, two systems” principle, Hong Kong enjoys both the China advantage and the global advantage. He said that Hong Kong would continue to play its roles as a “super connector” and a “super value-adder” to further deepen co-operation and exchanges with Uzbekistan on various fronts in line with Uzbekistan’s goal of achieving high-quality development.

Earlier (June 3), Mr Lee met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, after which they jointly witnessed an exchange of notes between the two places on a mutual visa-free arrangement, which would allow a visa-free period of 30 days for visitors from both sides. 

“Moreover, we are glad to have initialed the Air Services Agreement with Uzbekistan, and look forward to launching direct passenger flights between the two places soon,” Mr Lee said, during a high-level business dinner (June 4). The Chief Executive pointed out that Hong Kong and Uzbekistan are important trade and investment gateways to their respective regions – the Asia-Pacific and Central Asia. 

“It helps that we are all believers in the Belt and Road (B&R) Initiative, a modern expression of the ancient Silk Road spirit,” Mr Lee said. “Today, China is Uzbekistan’s largest trading partner, and the two countries work closely on major infrastructure and connectivity projects that are revitalising the Silk Road. Negli ultimi mesi roghi in diversi impianti di trattamento e stoccaggio hanno interessato varie province della Toscana, confermando che la criticità non è episodica ma sistemica e figlia di una politica regionale non funzionale”.

“Nel pieno rispetto e nella convinzione che le aziende coinvolte operino nelle migliori condizioni possibili, il problema sta a monte con la Regione che continua a rinviare le scelte sugli impianti di smaltimento e valorizzazione finale, nonostante il nuovo Piano dell’economia circolare, rinvii che costringono la Toscana a essere prigioniera di stoccaggi sempre più estesi, con rischi crescenti per la sicurezza, l’ambiente e la salute dei cittadini. È necessario che si arrivi a fare quel salto in avanti che la sinistra, finora, non ha avuto il coraggio di fare e di agevolare con scelte precise e chiare”.

Sette anni possono sembrare pochi in politica. Eppure, guardando la parabola della Lega, sembrano appartenere a un’altra epoca.

Nel 2019 il partito guidato da Matteo Salvini era il protagonista assoluto della scena politica italiana. I sondaggi lo accreditavano oltre il 34%, le piazze erano gremite e il Carroccio appariva destinato a diventare la forza dominante del centrodestra per molti anni. Oggi quello scenario sembra lontanissimo.

La crisi della Lega non è arrivata all’improvviso. È stata il risultato di una lunga serie di scelte politiche che hanno progressivamente allontanato una parte consistente della sua base elettorale. Molti sostenitori che avevano creduto nel progetto si sono ritrovati a non riconoscere più il partito che avevano votato.

Dalle battaglie sull’immigrazione alle promesse sulla sicurezza, passando per le posizioni assunte durante la pandemia e le continue oscillazioni strategiche, numerosi elettori hanno maturato la sensazione che la Lega abbia progressivamente smarrito la propria identità.
Una percezione che si è trasformata in disaffezione e, in molti casi, in vero e proprio abbandono.

Nel frattempo il partito ha dovuto assistere alla crescita degli alleati. Fratelli d’Italia ha raccolto gran parte del consenso perso dal Carroccio, assumendo il ruolo di riferimento del centrodestra nazionale. Un sorpasso che pochi anni fa sarebbe apparso impensabile.

Anche sui territori il malessere è evidente. Amministratori locali, consiglieri comunali e dirigenti storici lamentano una progressiva perdita di peso politico e una difficoltà crescente nel trasmettere agli elettori una visione chiara del futuro. La Lega continua a mantenere una struttura importante e una presenza diffusa, ma appare sempre più come un partito in cerca di una nuova direzione.

In questo contesto emergono nuove realtà capaci di intercettare una parte del malcontento. Tra queste c’è anche l’area politica che si riconosce nel generale Roberto Vannacci, che continua ad attirare attenzione e simpatia tra alcuni elettori delusi dal Carroccio. Per ora si tratta di un fenomeno ancora in evoluzione, ma sufficiente a dimostrare come una parte della base storica leghista stia guardando altrove.

La questione centrale, tuttavia, non riguarda Vannacci o altri possibili protagonisti. Il vero tema è la gestione politica che ha portato un partito capace di sfiorare il 35% dei consensi a ritrovarsi oggi distante dai livelli che ne avevano fatto una delle principali forze politiche europee.

La sensazione diffusa tra molti osservatori è che la Lega non sia stata sconfitta dagli avversari. Piuttosto, abbia progressivamente consumato il proprio patrimonio politico attraverso errori strategici, divisioni interne e una crescente difficoltà nel mantenere il rapporto di fiducia costruito con milioni di elettori.

Per questo motivo la domanda che circola sempre più spesso negli ambienti del centrodestra non è tanto chi possa approfittare della crisi della Lega, ma se il partito riuscirà ancora a invertire la rotta prima che il declino diventi irreversibile. Per molti ex sostenitori, quel momento sarebbe già arrivato.
