Le misure, emesse dal Giudice per le indagini preliminari del Tribunale di Grosseto, arrivano all’esito di una articolata indagine coordinata dalla procura della Repubblica di Grosseto, avviata a seguito delle dichiarazioni rese nel 2025 da un giovane straniero, allora ancora minorenne, che aveva riferito di aver lavorato per diversi mesi, in condizioni di sfruttamento, alle dipendenze di una azienda agricola il cui titolare è l’italiano indagato, che utilizzava numerosa manodopera straniera per le lavorazioni connesse all’attività aziendale.

Le indagini hanno consentito di accertare più elementi di responsabilità a carico dei quattro indagati, ovvero: il titolare della ditta si serviva degli stranieri coindagati, di cui solo uno formalmente assunto ma del tutto svincolato dalle attività che gli altri dipendenti (solo alcuni e solo in parte in regola dal punto di vista contrattualistico) svolgevano presso l’azienda, i quali si occupavano di arruolare e “gestire” i loro connazionali. Gli stranieri, secondo le direttive e in base alle necessità del datore di lavoro, si occupavano degli altri dipendenti, a cui procuravano alloggio, vitto e trasporti, pur senza avere alcun rapporto di dipendenza nemmeno funzionale nell’ambito dell’azienda. Le paghe riconosciute agli operai sono risultate palesemente inferiori (di circa il 50%) rispetto al minimo previsto dai contratti nazionali. Le condizioni di lavoro hanno fatto emergere plurime violazioni della normativa inerente alla salute e sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro, e nello specifico: mancanza di visite mediche preassuntive, omessa fornitura di dispositivi di protezione individuale, irregolarità sugli orari giornalieri prestati, ferie e riposi.

Nel corso delle indagini i crabinieri hanno inoltre verificato che i braccianti venivano alloggiati in un casolare, la cui destinazione non era di tipo abitativo e quindi non idoneo a ospitare persone, diroccato e privo nei minimi requisiti igienico-sanitari. All’interno della struttura erano state create delle “stanze” con sottili pareti in cartongesso che ospitavano fino a 26 persone, che vivevano pertanto in condizioni di promiscuità e privi di sufficienti servizi (cucina e bagno), pagando tra l’altro un corrispettivo di circa 150 euro, oltre a ulteriori spese per il vitto, il tutto trattenuto dal datore di lavoro dalla paga mensile.

I tre indagati, prima dell’emissione delle misure, sono stati sottoposti ad interrogatorio preventivo davanti al Gip di Grosseto e due hanno ammesso pienamente i fatti accertati nel corso delle indagini.

L’attività conferma la sensibilità delle istituzioni verso la tutela della legalità in uno dei settori strategici per l’economia della provincia, oggetto di svariate interlocuzioni e di un rilevante sforzo interistituzionale volto alla prevenzione e al contrasto del fenomeno.

È successo all’ospedale Santa Maria Annunziata dove questo bel gruppo di insetti impollinatori, suddividendosi dall’alveare originario in più parti in cerca di una nuova casa, aveva scelto il nuovo nido naturale all’ingresso della radioterapia, rendendolo casualmente anche simile a un cuore.

Recupero incruento si chiama l’operazione di messa in salvo delle api volta a prelevare uno sciame senza uccidere o danneggiare gli insetti. Due apicoltori esperti, contattati dal gruppo dipartimentale “Infestanti”, nell’arco di circa due ore sono riusciti a raccogliere l’ape regina e quasi tutto lo sciame al suo seguito. Collocate in un’arnia provvisoria, alle api recuperate ieri, si sono aggiunte con l’operazione finale di questa mattina, le ultime compagne, circa un centinaio, rimaste in zona. Sono state portate in un ambiente idoneo per farle ripartire operose in una nuova casa. Che è anche nuova ripartenza per la salute del nostro ecosistema.

Secondo una prima ricostruzione dell’accaduto, il mezzo si sarebbe improvvisamente ribaltato durante le operazioni di sfalcio, schiacciando l’uomo e non lasciandogli scampo. L’allarme è scattato immediatamente, con la centrale operativa dell’emergenza sanitaria che ha inviato sul posto i soccorsi in codice rosso.

Nonostante il tempestivo arrivo del personale del 118, che ha tentato disperatamente di rianimare l’uomo praticando tutte le manovre di soccorso avanzato, per il giardiniere non c’è stato nulla da fare: il medico, giunto sul luogo dell’incidente, ha potuto soltanto constatare il decesso. Sul posto sono intervenuti anche i vigili del fuoco del comando di Arezzo, che hanno lavorato per mettere in sicurezza l’area e il mezzo coinvolto nel ribaltamento.

Per ricostruire con esattezza la dinamica di quanto accaduto sono giunte sul terreno anche due pattuglie della Polizia di Stato e una della polizia locale. Le forze dell’ordine hanno avviato i rilievi di rito per accertare le cause del tragico ribaltamento e verificare il rispetto di tutte le norme di sicurezza legate all’uso di macchinari agricoli in terreni scoscesi.

About the Cármenes Project, Northern Spain 

The Cármenes Project is located on the Rio Narcea Gold Belt approx. 55km north of the city of León and comprises five Investigation Permits over 5,653 hectares held 100% by Pan Global. The Project area is highly prospective for multiple bodies or “clusters” of carbonate-hosted hydrothermal/epithermal style copper, nickel, cobalt, and gold mineralization. The area includes the former Profunda and Providencia mines that operated until the 1930s, producing concentrates of copper and cobalt with nickel. Un ritorno quello di Elly Schlein a Sant’Anna di Stazzema, che, accompagnata da Verona e Giani, visitò tre anni fa, era fine agosto 2023. E ne parlò a Livorno in un teatro 4 Mori sold out, in cui Schlein arrivò direttamente da Stazzema. “E’ la prima volta che salgo nel Parco nazionale della Pace di Sant’Anna. E sono rimasta molto colpita dal racconto di quel 12 agosto 1944, in particolar modo per la presenza fra le vittime di tante bambine e bambini”.

Sottolineando allora la segretaria Pd: “La legge di iniziativa popolare antifascista nata qui a Sant’Anna di Stazzema è una legge importante e necessaria su cui sono state raccolte oltre 250mila firme e credo che sia il momento di portala avanti nel suo iter legislativo in Parlamento”.

Proposta di legge su cui ha fatto il punto lo scorso gennaio il sindaco Verona alla Camera dei Deputati.

Intanto il sindaco Verona interviene in merito al dietrofront del Governo su una riduzione di risorse Mic, ministro Giuli, al Parco Nazionale della Pace: “È positivo il dietrofront del Ministro Giuli, ma il problema resta a monte. Un luogo legato a una tragedia come la strage di Sant’Anna di Stazzema dovrebbe essere tutelato con garanzie permanenti, senza essere esposto al rischio di tagli poi corretti in un secondo momento.
